Which documents are required to open an account for my business and how much is it to open one?
The minimum requirements for opening a business account are:
- Identity Document (national ID/ passport/ driver’s license) for each signatory
- Proof of Residence (utility bill/ signed LPB form/ letter from a village chief) for each signatory
- Trader’s Licence
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Company Extract
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Resolution Letter Appointing Signatories
The minimum opening amount is M315.00 (SME Account)
